Official Labette County court docket questions belong with the court that holds the case. The Labette County District Court and its Clerk of the District Court handle district case records, while each municipal clerk keeps city cases. This private reference site cannot act on a case. The routes below identify where to request a docket, copy, certified record, or current hearing setting.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. Labette County Court Docket is privately run. It cannot retrieve official files, alter a setting, seal or remove a case, issue a certified copy, or provide legal advice. Contact the responsible clerk or court for those needs.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use the following official routes for common Labette County requests:

The primary district records counter is the Clerk of the District Court, 201 S Central Ave, Parsons, KS 67357, (620) 421-4120. Clerk hours are generally 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on working days. Call before visiting to confirm the current schedule.

The Oswego district branch is at 417 Merchant St, Oswego, KS 67356. Its limited schedule makes advance confirmation important; call (620) 795-4533 ext. 7 or (620) 421-5255 ext. 7. Oswego is the Labette County seat, but municipal records remain separate from district court files.
